We are required by law to collect sales taxes based on the state of destination unless we have proper tax exemption certification on file from the bill-to customer for the ship-to state. Sales tax will be charged until you complete the submission of your tax exemption certification. To request tax exempt account setup, you must contact us and mail or fax us your sales tax certificate to 813-645-8268. Your information will be input into our system and sales tax will no longer be added to your orders.

All sales are COD unless credit arrangements have been made prior to sale. In order to arrange credit, a credit application must be completed and on file in our office and a Florida Agricultural Bond number must be supplied in accordance with Florida Statute 604.15-604.30. For credit customers, payment is due 30 days from the invoice date. Accounts in arrears will be charged a 1-1/2% service charge per month (18% per annum) until delinquent accounts are paid.

Our business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, Monday through Saturday.
Please call us to arrange tours. A 25% down payment is required to hold product in our fields for more than 30 days.

A Quality Plant will exercise appropriate care in the selection, digging and handling of plant material we supply. We provide no warranty however, as to the variety or viability of this plant material.

Orders placed will generally ship within 2 business days if placed prior to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Delivery timeframe depends on the shipment method chosen. Shipping & Delivery: Seller will ship based on its shipping capability and weather permitting. Seller may make partial shipments. You can login to your account on the A Quality Plant website to follow the status of the order.
